Planting in window boxes is one of the simplest things to do when you have to set up a garden in a compact space. You’re not using any of the space “Inside” your house. Instead, you’re using the space that is already available to you which is technically “outside” your house. All you would need to do is attach a piece of lumber with some screws and put some plastic liners inside to protect the wood. Once you’ve done that your window pox would be ready for planting, and you’d be getting that expensive Italian window box look without having to to lighten your wallet too much!
