Protein
: Regular proteins are essential not just for your body but also for the hair. A protein-rich hair treatment can make the hair stronger. Method: Depending upon the hair length take one or two eggs. Blend it well and apply the egg on damp hair. Allow it to set for 30 minutes and rinse it off with a mild shampoo. Using it once a week will act as a supplement of protein. There is also another option. Mix egg yolk, one tablespoon of your favorite hair oil and two tablespoons of water. Blend and nicely massage them on the scalp. For both, the results are almost same!

Aloe Vera : Aloe Vera is one of the most successful remedies for hair thinning. Drinking Aloe Vera juice thrice a week can even help to grow new hair. Method: Crush few Aloe Vera pieces or use the gel, which is quite easy, and simply apply it on the scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse them with lukewarm water.

Henna : Henna leaves have been used for ages to improve the quality of the hair. It heals to deal with the hair cuticle completely from the root level. Method: Grind fresh henna leaves with water, until it is like a fine paste. Apply them on the hair by avoiding the scalp (good to do with a brush). Leave it for on the hair and wash it with lukewarm water.

Oiling
: Deep cleansing is very important for oil or dry hair. A massage with Olive Oil strengthen the tresses. Method: Gently massage the hair from the root till the scalp with lukewarm Olive Oil and few drops of essential oil like lavender, jasmine etc. Leave it for 45 minutes. Rinse it with a mild shampoo. Leaving it overnight is also really good for the hair
